Abstract

How can we improve the effectiveness in understanding patterns in data that have been gathered? This is a difficult topic, but even more so when considering that vast amounts of data can be gathered using remote sensing tools. This project entails building a dynamic visualization tool to facilitate the understanding of bird feeding behaviours, using data collected via remote sensing. The project “BirdMoves” uses a web-app to allow uses to track and visualize bird feeding behaviors, for data collected worldwide via remote sending.
